Silverbrook Spirits – Shipping Policy

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment has been received and verified. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Age Verification & Alcohol Delivery
All alcohol orders require age verification. By placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal drinking age in your country of delivery. We may refuse delivery or cancel an order if age verification cannot be completed.

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses in:

  • The Netherlands

  • European Union countries

Shipping to countries outside the EU may be offered on a case-by-case basis; contact us for availability.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates only:

  • Netherlands: 1–3 business days

  • EU: 3–7 business days (customs processing may extend this)

Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs inspections, or other events beyond our control.

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees depend on the destination, weight, and selected shipping method. The cost is calculated at checkout.

For EU orders, customs duties, VAT, and other import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Risk of Loss
Title and risk of loss pass to you once the package is handed over to the carrier. Please inspect your package upon receipt. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@silverbrookspirits.com.

Prohibited Shipments
We cannot ship alcohol to countries or regions where it is illegal to import or consume alcoholic beverages. It is your responsibility to comply with local laws regarding receipt and consumption of alcohol.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your shipment until delivery.

Delivery Issues
Silverbrook Spirits is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or incomplete/incorrect shipping information. If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at info@silverbrookspirits.com.
