Silverbrook Spirits – Return & Refund Policy

Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unopened, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at info@silverbrookspirits.com. Returns must be sent to:
Mgr Willigersstraat 8, 6247 AZ, Gronsveld, The Netherlands.

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Non-returnable Items
Other non-returnable items include:

  • Perishable goods (food, plants, etc.)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your current item (once approved) and place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off
For customers in the EU, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason. Items must be returned in the same condition as received, unopened, undamaged, and in the original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Please note: Alcoholic beverages can only be returned under this cooling-off period if the bottle or container is unopened and sealed. Once opened, alcohol cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety considerations.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at info@silverbrookspirits.com.
