THE SERVES

The Pure Serve

The Aperitivo in Its Cleanest Form

Sometimes simplicity is the ultimate sophistication.

Sparkling Rocco is crafted to stand on its own. When served pure, its fresh apple acidity, fine bubbles and notes of rhubarb, pineapple and red currant come forward beautifully.

How to serve

Chill the bottle to 6 to 8 degrees
Pour into a wine glass or champagne flute
No ice needed
Optional garnish of dried apple or citrus peel

This is the perfect alcohol free alternative to prosecco or spritz as a pre dinner aperitif.

The Rocco Spritz

The Alcohol Free Classic

If you love the ritual of a spritz but want to skip the alcohol, this is your go to serve.

Ingredients

Sparkling Rocco
Premium tonic or soda water
Orange slice or dried apple garnish

Serve

Build over ice in a large wine glass, two parts Rocco to one part tonic.

The tonic enhances the bittersweet aperitivo structure while keeping the drink light and sessionable.

Ideal for terraces and sunny afternoons.

Rocco and Gin

The Low Alcohol Crowd Pleaser

For those who still enjoy a touch of alcohol, Sparkling Rocco works beautifully as a modifier.

Its acidity and fruit structure lengthen spirits while adding freshness and colour.

Ingredients

40 ml premium dry gin
120 ml Sparkling Rocco
Fresh mint or lime garnish

Build over ice in a balloon glass.

The result sits somewhere between a spritz and a gin fizz. Lively, aromatic and refreshing.

The Rocco Fizz

Fresh, Fruity and Sparkling

A cocktail style serve that highlights Rocco’s fruit profile.

Ingredients

Sparkling Rocco
Fresh lemon juice
Wild berry syrup
Optional splash of gin

Shake citrus and syrup over ice, strain and top with Sparkling Rocco.

The bubbles lift the fruit while the apple acidity keeps everything crisp.

The Aperitivo Mule

A Spiced Twist

Sparkling Rocco also plays beautifully with spice.

Ingredients

Sparkling Rocco
Lime juice
Ginger beer
Optional vodka

Serve in a mule mug over crushed ice.

The ginger heat contrasts with the fresh apple base, creating a bold yet refreshing long drink.

Why Sparkling Rocco Works in Cocktails

What makes Rocco so versatile behind the bar comes down to structure.

It is made from 100 percent direct juice of red fleshed apples, giving it natural acidity, fruit depth and tannic grip.

The natural red colour comes from anthocyanins in the apple pulp, not added colouring, making every serve visually striking while staying clean label.

Unlike many alcohol free alternatives, it is not overly sweet, allowing it to function as a true aperitivo base rather than a soft drink.

When to Drink Rocco

Pre dinner aperitivo
Alcohol free celebrations
Lunch terraces
Low alcohol cocktail sessions
Mindful evenings
Next day friendly gatherings

It delivers the ritual without the compromise.

A Piece of South Tyrol in Every Glass

Sparkling Rocco is more than a drink.

It is the result of generational fruit growing heritage rooted in the orchards of South Tyrol.

Created from red fleshed apples once considered difficult to commercialise, it represents innovation born from tradition.

Founder Josef Holzner transformed naturally cloudy apple juice into a sparkling aperitif inspired by Italian aperitivo culture.

Today, together with partner Florian Lair, Sparkling Rocco is expanding to new audiences while staying true to its origin.

Bring South Tyrol to Your Glass

Whether you drink it pure, mix a spritz or create your own signature serve, Sparkling Rocco proves that alcohol free does not mean flavour free.

Fresh. Natural. Aperitivo ready.
