"Fo(L)lia" is an idea that originated 3 years ago in Naples by Mirko Maurello. Similar to limoncello, it is crafted using lemon, sugar, and milk. Over time, the concept evolved into something more profound.

The inspiration for this transformation arose from Mirko’s experience of working in a fine dining restaurant side by side with Michelin-starred chefs. Being passionately involved in this environment, he began to contemplate how he could elevate his limoncello-inspired creation.

The turning point occurred when he decided to deconstruct the ingredients of his limoncello. By considering ingredient substitutions, he envisioned a refined outcome.

 In conclusion, “Fo(L)lia” is not only a beverage, but an embodiment of Mirko’s culinary passion, cultivated through experiences, experimentations and a deep appreciation for the harmonious world of flavors.

The production of Fo(L)lia is not for the faint of heart. By utilizing lactose free milk in the production process, cloudiness is extracted, and a velvet mouthfeel is added.

This is what makes Fo(L)lia not just a limoncello, but a Michelin Star worthy spirit.

Fo(L)lia can be drunk pure, or in a mix, the choice is yours! Like it’s creator, the spirit is very versatile and can be had in many shapes or forms.
